Since the release of her book, Secure in Heart: Overcoming Insecurity in a Woman’s Life (www.secureinheart.com), Robin Weidner has traveled throughout the country and abroad to speak to women’s groups from 20 – 1,400.She’s also appeared on radio and television shows with local, national, and international scope. In response to Secure in Heart, Soup and Security® groups have emerged nationally and overseas. These small, culturally diverse book clubs provide women with a safe, non-threatening environment in which they can openly discuss their insecurities.
Robin’s background includes serving in the full-time ministry alongside her husband, Dave, in youth and adult ministry, church planting, and their current work helping oversee sexual addiction recovery ministries. Robin and Dave have been married for 27 years and have three grown children, Joshua, Caleb, and Rebekah. Robin is also the owner of Robin Weidner Copywriting and Consulting, a thriving writing business serving national and international organizations. She writes regularly for mtj (Massage Therapy Journal) and other health-based publications.
